What it does
Solvexia automates combining, transforming, mapping and reconciling finance data for reporting, rebate management and other accounting processes. Teams build browser-based workflows from reusable steps and can keep working with existing Excel files. Subscription costs depend on users and the computing resources needed.
Solvexia turns repeated spreadsheet and finance-system work into a process that can run again with new data. Its visual components filter, sort, calculate, map and reconcile records, then produce dashboards or send notifications. Inputs include Excel, CSV, PDFs and database connections; published forms can also collect information.
Keep the spreadsheet calculation, automate the work around it
For example, a finance team can upload its existing Excel model and configure a step that updates a lookup formula. Solvexia recalculates the uploaded copy and records the changes. The original file on the employee's computer is untouched.
Add validation at the start of a process to check expected columns, dates or record counts. A failed check can stop the run and alert the responsible person. This makes a missing input easier to catch before it affects the later calculations.
Access and subscription
Only people who design, maintain or run processes need user accounts; colleagues can receive results by email or text message. The browser designer uses current Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, without a desktop installation.
Pricing depends on subscribed users and required resources, with no limit on the number of automated processes. The subscription commitment is three months; additional users have a one-month minimum. Solvexia quotes the amount after discussing the setup.
The company says ending the service permanently deletes the stored data and backups. Arrange the records you need to retain before discontinuing access. Consulting is available if the team wants help building or maintaining its processes.
