What it does
Songlines is an English-language magazine concerned with music from around the world. Its official site presents album reviews, features, current publication information and subscription access.
The Top of the World reviews offer a manageable starting point for unfamiliar music. Follow an artist feature alongside a review to gain cultural context as well as a recommendation. Digital Magazine and the current issue are separate routes from individual reviews. The site also offers free newsletters.
