What it does
Speech to Note is an AI voice-to-text tool. You record your voice or upload audio, and it turns speech into editable text and summaries. Notes can be saved in folders, tagged, downloaded and shared by link or export. It runs on the web, Mac, Windows, iOS and Android. The site marks the Mac and Windows apps as beta. A free online tier is offered, with a paid upgrade.
The home page lists transcription models as GPT-5, Claude Haiku 4.5 and Meta Llama 4, more than 100 languages, over 200 note formats, offline saving, downloads of notes and audio, folders and tags, and sharing by link or export.
