What it does

SpeedLedger imports incoming and outgoing bank activity and proposes bookkeeping entries. Its service includes bank connections and bookkeeping support.

Open Autokontering to review transactions imported from the bank. SpeedLedger suggests how to book each one; selecting OK records the debit and credit entries. It remembers previous classifications for recurring activity. Transactions paid privately and other adjustments can also be entered manually.

VAT, balance-sheet and profit-and-loss reports update as entries are booked. Bank connections and bookkeeping advice are included, with supported banks including Swedbank, SEB, Handelsbanken and Nordea.

Package Regular monthly equivalent with annual billing, before VAT Main use
Fakturering SEK 139 Customer invoices and quotes
Bokföring From SEK 239 Bank-based bookkeeping
Bokföring + Fakturering From SEK 338 Combined accounts and invoicing

Quarterly billing has higher monthly rates. Year-end assistance and filing products are separate add-ons; for example, the NE attachment export costs SEK 199 per financial year. The optional Fullservice arrangement includes a bookkeeper and starts at SEK 1,245 per month before VAT for turnover up to SEK 500,000.

Create an account for a 14-day trial without a payment card. It includes bank connection, bookkeeping and invoicing. If you do not choose to continue, the account becomes inactive automatically. New-business offers have separate introductory terms.

Strengths

  • Imported bank movements become suggested entries with an explicit approval step
  • Bookkeeping advice and supported bank connections are included
  • Manual entries can cover transactions outside the connected business account

Watch out for

  • Year-end assistance and some filing outputs are charged separately
  • Bank-based automation depends on a supported account connection

Best for

  • Swedish businesses organizing bookkeeping around bank transactions
