What it does
SplitCam composes live scenes from webcams, screens, files, browser sources and network video, with scene transitions and multistreaming.
A demonstration can mix the main camera with a screen, document or phone camera in separate layers. The Windows description also lists importing OBS projects. Check source and output compatibility on the actual system before assuming that a saved scene translates unchanged between applications.
