What it does
Spotler CRM, formerly Really Simple Systems, organizes accounts, contacts, activities and opportunities. It imports previous tasks and custom fields as well as contact details, with filters, reports and automated follow-up. Paid editions follow a 30-day Professional trial.
Import customer data from a spreadsheet, including previous activities, tasks and custom fields. Bulk updates and contact or account merging then help organize the records. Tags and filters can select people by location, lifecycle stage or assigned task. Opportunity values and closing probabilities feed the weighted pipeline.
Two CRM editions
Starter is GBP 10 per user per month, with 1,000 company records, 1 GB of document storage and ten automations. Professional's standard rate is GBP 28 per user per month with a five-user minimum. It adds unlimited company records and storage, one hundred live automations, quotes, email marketing and service-case tools.
The subscription is billed annually. Try for free opens a thirty-day Professional account. After evaluation, choose Starter or Professional to continue. The report builder selects fields, criteria and sorting, while task automation creates reminders around the selected customer work.
Strengths

- Custom reports and opportunity history support follow-up reviews
