What it does

Spotler Mail+ supports newsletters, automated follow-up and ecommerce email through separate paid packages. It can be bought on its own with annual billing, and each staff member uses a personal login created by the account owner.

The welcome template can do more than send the first email. It links registration to a form that collects more subscriber details, waits for completion and branches to a thank-you message or a reminder. Select the correct form in the condition and prepare the associated messages before publishing the automation. A message must have Final status before it is selectable in the editor.

Delivery investigation has its own path. Open a mailing's Delivery report or a contact card to inspect the receiving server's bounce message. Those individual messages are retained for ninety days, so investigate recurring problems while the relevant response is still available.

Mail+ can be purchased separately from Spotler's wider bundles. At the pricing page's displayed 5,000-emails-per-year setting, the monthly equivalents are:

Package Monthly equivalent, billed annually Main purpose
Professional EUR 187 Newsletters, forms, landing pages and A/B tests
Automation EUR 339 Automated campaigns and dynamic content
Ecommerce EUR 359 Store synchronisation and conversion reporting

VAT and onboarding are extra. Increase the annual send allocation to cover every mailing: 5,000 recipients receiving two emails each month need 120,000 annual sends. Annual licences can be cancelled up to one month before expiry.

The account owner creates colleagues' logins from the profile menu's Settings, then Access, Users. Choose New user, enter their details and confirm to send activation information. A standard account includes three user licences. The Content marketer role can prepare and send newsletters while restricting access to customer data, which can suit a colleague responsible for content rather than the contact database.
