Sprite Fusion is a browser tilemap editor for building 2D levels from any tileset. You import tiles by drag-and-drop or clipboard paste, draw with single or multiple tile selections, and use auto-tiling for terrain. Layers can be marked as colliders for collisions. Exports include native Unity, Godot and Defold tilemaps, plus JSON, TMX and PNG files. The web edition is free, needs no login, and allows personal and commercial use with unlimited projects, but map export is limited to 4.5MB. A paid desktop edition adds offline use, faster exports and maps of any size. The props generator is available on the web only. The site lists an API and MCP in its navigation, but the homepage text does not describe what they do.
