What it does
Squalo combines email and SMS campaigns with signup forms, customer segments and automated follow-up. Flows can respond to newsletter activity, purchases, dates and events from a connected website. A new account receives a 15-day trial with 1,000 total email sends and no card requirement.
Squalo describes flows for a new signup, a purchase, a product returning to stock, or a period without activity. The same approach supports a welcome message or a post-purchase follow-up, with email and SMS available in the communication process. The platform can connect to external events as well as its own subscription actions.
Recipients live in one database and may belong to several mailing lists. That makes lists useful for organising audiences without treating every list as an independent customer database. Agencies can also have access to separate client applications, with user permissions configured for collaborators.
The trial lasts 15 days and includes a 1,000-email sending allowance without requiring a card. Reaching the allowance stops further sending while leaving the application usable. Continued use is subscription-based, with the quote requested around contact count and monthly sends.
The trial form asks for an email, password and phone number, then sends access details by email. For a paid quote, provide both the number of database contacts and expected monthly sends. A card is generally required for a subscription, with exceptions for annual payment, large enterprise packages and public-sector orders.
