What it does
Statusbrew combines social publishing, an engagement inbox, review management and recurring reports for teams managing brands or locations. Its paid plans can be tried for 14 days without a card, and access stops afterward unless you subscribe.
Statusbrew's inbox gathers campaign comments and customer-service conversations from organic and paid social activity. Filters and quick replies help a team handle the resulting queue. Review management adds another source of customer feedback for a business with several locations.
Reports can be built from ready-made templates or custom widgets, then delivered to internal or external recipients on a schedule. A regional service business could separate the response workload from its publishing metrics while keeping both in the same reporting routine. Salesforce and HubSpot connections provide additional customer context without making those CRMs part of the social product itself.
Subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually.

Choose Try free under the plan you want to evaluate. Registration asks for email, name, phone number and password, followed by the organization's business details and time zone. Connect at least one social profile to begin. The trial uses the selected plan's features and stops without a charge if you do not add a paid subscription.
