What it does
Stock Analysis provides company financials, forecasts, charts and stock screening in the browser. You can browse its public screener without an account, then register for saved features. Paid Pro and Unlimited plans expand data access, downloads and watchlist allowances.
Find companies by a specific measure
The Stock Screener has an Add Filters control and views for financials, valuation, dividends and performance. Search by company name or symbol to open an individual stock. This is a research service; its tables describe securities rather than placing orders.
Free access and subscriptions
The site offers a lasting free account. Pro adds financial-history access, saved screens, brokerage portfolio syncing and exports to Excel, CSV or Google Sheets. Pro costs US$9.99 monthly or US$99 annually. Its allowance includes one download a day, 100 stocks per watchlist and 100 active alerts. Unlimited removes those three limits.
For a one-off company lookup, the public pages are a useful starting point. A recurring spreadsheet export is a different job: check the daily download allowance before choosing Pro.
Strengths
- The public screener exposes filters for several types of company analysis
- Paid downloads support Excel, CSV and Google Sheets
Watch out for
- Pro permits only one download each day
- Longer histories and saved screeners are paid features
Best for
- People comparing company financial statements
- Spreadsheet users who need stock-data exports
