Storynory

Storynory is well suited to a listening session built around a complete story. Its sections include original tales, classic authors, myths, poems and music, with serial stories appearing among recent releases. Read a synopsis first to choose a theme, then ask the child to retell a scene or describe a character after listening. A continuing series may be more enjoyable in order, while a standalone fairy tale is easier to use in a short lesson.
