What it does
Privacy Browser for Android disables privacy-sensitive web features by default and allows users to enable them temporarily or through saved domain settings.
Privacy Browser takes a deliberately restrictive starting point. Features such as JavaScript, cookies and DOM storage can expose information, so the project disables privacy-sensitive features by default and lets you enable what a page requires. Saved domain settings apply those choices when you return.
That means some pages need manual adjustment before they work. It is a clear tradeoff for someone who wants to decide what each site receives. The Android version uses the system WebView, and the project advises keeping that component current.
