What it does

Stripo designs email templates with reusable modules, collaboration and export tools. Synchronized modules keep shared elements consistent, while local copies allow changes for one campaign. Its ongoing Free account needs no card and includes four monthly exports, five test emails a day and ten stored emails.

Decide whether an edit belongs in every template or only the current email. In a synchronized Stripo module, Update Module saves the change to the library and propagates it to templates using that module. Unlink and Apply Changes Locally keeps the variation in the current email and breaks the library connection. That distinction matters when a campaign header should differ but the shared contact footer should stay consistent.

Synchronization and locking solve different problems. Sync distributes updates; Lock Element can restrict content, styles or the whole module. A team can therefore reuse a maintained module without giving every contributor the same editing freedom.

Free access continues while the account stays active. It includes four exports per month, five daily test emails and ten stored emails, with restricted export options. Cross-project module copying and sharing require Medium or higher, which matters when several client projects use a common library.

Create an account through Sign up for free without a credit card. Paid plans renew monthly or annually and add export capacity, storage and other production features. Upgrade is available inside the account; canceling a paid plan returns it to Free at the end of the paid period. Periodic use is required to avoid the inactivity-related account and content deletion described in the terms.

Strengths

  • Shared module updates and local variations have explicit separate actions
  • Locking can restrict content and styling independently of synchronisation

Watch out for

  • Unlinking a module stops later library updates from reaching that local copy
  • Cross-project module sharing requires Medium or higher

Best for

  • Email teams maintaining recurring modules across campaigns and client projects
