What it does
Stronglifts publishes strength-training programs and provides a companion workout app. Its program collection includes 5×5 routines, upper/lower schedules, intermediate options and dumbbell or limited-time alternatives, with downloadable spreadsheets.
Use the program comparison before choosing a schedule. The site lists frequency and experience level, distinguishing a full-body three-day plan from a four-day split or a shorter maintenance routine. Choose a schedule that fits the days and equipment you have.
The published programs and spreadsheet route are separate from app access. The spreadsheet bundle asks for an email signup. Stronglifts' current support page says the app has required Pro since 2025, with no ongoing free tier; a free download does not provide permanent workout logging. Existing Pro Lifetime purchases are described separately in support.
