What it does
StrongVPN offers desktop and mobile VPN apps and includes a SmartDNS service whose role differs from the encrypted VPN tunnel.
StrongVPN clearly explains a distinction that can otherwise cause confusion: its VPN encrypts traffic, while StrongDNS changes access routing without providing that encryption. Choose the VPN when the task is protecting the network connection rather than assuming the included DNS product does the same job.
The service lists WireGuard and apps for iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Fire TV. A single subscription permits up to twelve simultaneous devices.
StrongVPN's policy separates its exclusion of VPN traffic logs from account email, payment processing and website records. It gives purpose-based retention with legal exceptions rather than a fixed account-data deletion period. The notice also distinguishes legacy dedicated-IP packages, where one address is assigned exclusively to a customer, from its shared-IP plans. That is a relevant account choice if you are moving from an older dedicated-address package.
