What it does
Studio Ninja keeps photography clients, leads, jobs, quotes, contracts and invoices together. Workflows combine tasks, messages and appointments around the job's stage and shoot date.
Select No date has been confirmed yet when a Studio Ninja shoot is still unsettled. The main shoot then stays out of the calendar, connected Google Calendar and dashboard. Date-based automation waits, and a template's job-date variable displays No date.
Once agreed, edit the job, clear that option and enter the date and time. Check the workflow too: Lead-stage actions stop in Production, and an automation task without a due date needs manual completion to send its message.

Workflow automation and online booking forms require Pro or Master. Register for the seven-day trial without a card; existing users use Login. Select the intended currency before comparing charges.
