Subtitle Workshop saves text captions in over 60 formats or a custom user-defined format. Frame-rate conversion, pause analysis, characters-per-second checks and error marking help inspect synchronization and text/duration problems. External Pascal and text-replacement scripts support repeated corrections. Integrated preview requires installed codecs. The page documents the older 6.0b line; its text-caption tools should not be assumed to make every bitmap subtitle source editable text.
