What it does
SuiteCRM connects sales opportunities, quotes, customer activities, campaigns, reports and service cases. Its downloadable core has no software or per-user fee. Managed hosting, implementation and professional support are separate services, with support required for managed hosting.
SuiteCRM's sales record can keep the opportunity, quote, calls, meetings and next task together. Build a dashboard around the active pipeline and work due, then use the underlying records to explain a deal's stage. Reports draw from the relevant modules.
Software and operating costs
Self-hosting has no software or per-user licence charge. The team supplies its infrastructure and manages updates and security. Fully Managed Hosting starts at GBP 50 per month, with monthly or annual subscription choices. Standard support is required in addition to hosting.
Implementation is another choice: configure the system internally or buy Quick Start, which begins at GBP 2,520 as a one-time fee. Quick Start covers layouts, data structure, reports, workflows and a day of training; code changes require a separate Enterprise implementation. Choose Download SuiteCRM for the self-hosted route or arrange managed access through the hosting enquiry.
