What it does

Sumtracker connects inventory across sales channels and supports purchase orders, transfers and replenishment planning. Merchants use an account and choose Manage or Replenish, priced by annual sales-order volume. Both offer a fourteen-day trial without a card.

Build a purchase order from a forecasting report or CSV. Set supplier SKUs, lead times, pack sizes and minimum order quantities so purchasing reflects how the supplier sells the goods. Draft, confirmed and closed statuses distinguish preparation from committed buying. Partial receipts and batch due dates handle a supplier splitting delivery; landed costs and purchase history stay with the order.

Manage starts at USD 59/month for up to 2,500 annual sales orders. Replenish starts at USD 119/month for that volume and adds purchasing, transfers, forecasting and warehouse-level permissions. Both include up to ten warehouses and ten channels; larger setups have custom pricing. Annual billing is available.

To connect a store, open Sales Channels > Connect New Channel. Products import automatically, but inventory synchronization stays off until you enable it. A store can belong to only one Sumtracker account: remove an earlier connection before adding it to another account. Sumtracker updates existing storefront listings rather than publishing new ones.
