What it does
SunCake builds forms, surveys and scored quizzes with branching, design controls, shared links and exports. Its current free offer includes unlimited forms and responses. You can start creating without an account, then register to save your work and access analytics.
Start a SunCake form before creating an account. Add the questions and adjust its colors, fonts and background, then use Google or an email login link to create a free account for saved forms and response analytics. Share the form link or embed it on a website.
Conditional branching, custom design and data export are included without a paid response allowance. Available question formats include ratings, matrices and image answers, alongside scored quizzes.
SunCake also documents a free form-generation API that accepts a prompt and returns a shareable form URL without an account or API key. That is a separate creation route from saving and managing forms in the browser account.
