What it does
Sundance Now streams independent films, festival selections and documentaries through a paid membership.
Sundance Now is useful for following independent cinema beyond an individual festival's screening dates. The catalogue separates films by genre and highlights new theatrical arrivals alongside established titles and documentaries. Compare its own membership with AMC+ if you already pay for that bundle, since Sundance Now content is also included there. Its supported-country guide limits the standalone service to the US, US territories and Canada.
Watch out for
- Available only in the US, US territories and Canada.
