Define the member benefit first: an ad-free version, extra episodes or archive access create different production commitments. Supercast hosts premium content, can sync public episodes from the existing host and supplies a subscriber landing page with configurable plan prices and periods.

The publisher connects its own Stripe account. All-in charges by paid subscriber each month plus Stripe fees, deducted from subscriber payments; one-time listener payments have a separate platform fee rule.
