What it does
SuperFaktúra creates invoices, quotes and orders for Slovak businesses, with expense records and mobile access. It can track partial payments and send structured invoices through Peppol after the company is registered for that service. The full account has a 30-day trial; a separate invoice generator works without registration.
SuperFaktúra covers several stages of billing: a quote or order, the invoice, and the amount still to collect. An invoice can record partial payments through different methods, such as a cash deposit followed by a bank transfer. The remaining balance stays visible. Invoice output supports 14 languages and 155 currencies.
For a single document, the separate Faktúra zadarmo form accepts supplier and customer details, items, dates, tax, currency and bank information without an account. The full service keeps records for later use and offers a 30-day trial.

Choose the payment period on the Slovak price page before comparing the subscription charge. Displayed prices exclude VAT. To buy from an existing account, use Kúpiť SuperFaktúru at the upper right, select the package and duration, then the payment method. The purchase invoice is available there as a PDF and is also emailed.
Peppol documents
SuperFaktúra offers electronic invoice delivery through Peppol. This sends structured document data, not merely a scanned invoice or PDF attachment. To enable it, select SuperFaktúra as the delivery provider through the Slovak Financial Administration's vpds.financnasprava.sk portal. Each company needs its own registration even if you manage several in one account.
You can configure this now. SuperFaktúra says documents sent before 2027 are real invoices, so do not send an invented transaction as a practice document. Receiving Peppol documents is included without a volume limit, while paid packages include 50 outgoing documents a month. Additional prepaid credits expire after 12 months; a pack of 50 costs €4.99 excluding VAT.
For an online shop, the service also offers an API for connecting order and invoice creation. Choose the plan around the actual document flow and number of people involved, then check any separate electronic-delivery credits you will need.
