What it does
SuperOffice connects sales, marketing and customer-service work in one CRM. Teams can track deals, campaigns and service requests around the same customer history. It has paid per-user plans, with a product tour or personalized demo available before purchase.
SuperOffice keeps a sales opportunity beside the campaigns and service work surrounding the customer. A campaign can feed the pipeline, while a later support request follows its own routing and escalation. Sales dashboards show opportunity progress and team activity.
