What it does
Kerio Control VPN Client connects users to an organization's Kerio Control server, with named connections, server configuration and optional persistence.
Kerio's Windows client setup starts with the server details and a Kerio Control account supplied by the organization. A connection can contain more than one server address, and a custom port is entered with the server name. Those are the useful details to obtain before installing rather than expecting the app to supply a VPN subscription.
With administrator rights, a user can enable a persistent connection that returns after a restart. The guide also requires a valid server certificate and directs certificate warnings to the administrator. That makes certificate deployment and the desired restart behavior part of an organization's rollout plan.
