What it does

Suralink organizes accounting and audit document requests, in-document follow-up and financial-statement review. Firms can track each submission, request corrections and use additional tools to check documents or prepare Excel workpapers.

Suralink keeps document requests and the discussion needed to complete them together. Start with an imported spreadsheet request list or a reusable template, assign client users to the relevant requests and let them upload their documents. Reviewers can preview files, pin a comment to the relevant area and accept a completed request or return it for more work. The dashboard shows what has been requested, submitted and prioritized.

Document Prescreen checks the contents of incoming files against the requested type, period and completeness. A mismatch receives a Needs attention status and notifies both sides, so a client can replace the document promptly. It does not accept or reject files by itself: the engagement team makes that decision.

The quoted package starts with Suralink CORE. Cloud Testing Suite, Financial Statement Tie Out and Workpaper Suite require CORE, as do the file-sharing and e-signature add-ons. Tie Out checks calculations and consistency across statements and periods and can export a report with tickmarks. Workpaper Suite links document data into Excel; its Linked Answers and Extract Links AI capabilities are listed as available add-ons. Confirm the modules included in your quotation.

Invited clients can use Request List Management without a separate client licence charge. That access accompanies a firm's engagement account. Firms use a branded portal and account permissions; the e-signature add-on also supports guest signers who do not need a Suralink account.
