What it does

SureForms builds WordPress forms for enquiries, registrations, quizzes, calculations and payments. It offers a free plugin and paid site licences; authors manage forms through their WordPress dashboard.

A form can finish with a message or send the visitor elsewhere. In SureForms, open the form's Form Settings, choose Conditional Confirmations and Add New. Name the confirmation, select a message or destination, then compare the submitted field with the required value. Choose whether all or any conditions must match.

After submission, hide the form or reset it for another entry. For a redirect, Add Query Parameter maps a named key to a field value. Save the configuration and test the intended route, including the information passed to the destination.

Choosing access

Option Purpose
Free Start with the WordPress plugin
Solo Paid access for a single site
Team Paid access across several sites
Agency A larger portfolio of licensed sites

Paid licences share the feature set and are offered on annual or lifetime terms. Confirm the exact site allowance and renewal amount for the offer you select. Introductory discounts do not carry over to annual renewals. Stripe's processing fees still apply to payments.

To install, log into WordPress and open Plugins, Add New Plugin. Search for SureForms, install and activate it. That opens its dashboard for form creation.

Strengths

  • Completion rules can choose a message, page or custom destination.
  • Redirects can pass selected form values as named parameters.

Watch out for

  • Annual introductory discounts renew at the regular price.
  • Payment processing still incurs Stripe's fees.

Best for

  • WordPress authors configuring different completion paths and repeat-entry behavior
