What it does
SurveyHero creates online surveys and distributes them through separately configured collectors. Each survey can have several links, making it possible to compare responses from different channels. Free Basic allows unlimited questions and responses within a 30-day collection window per survey.
Use separate SurveyHero collectors when the same questionnaire goes to different audiences. For example, an email invitation and a social post can use their own links while feeding the same survey.
- Finish editing, then open Collect Responses and choose Survey Link.
- Name the collector and configure its options, including Multiple Participation.
- Copy the generated link and share it with the intended audience.
- Create another collector for a second channel, then filter the collected results by those groups.
The participation setting applies to that collector. Choosing multiple times per computer allows repeat submissions through its link.
