What it does
SurveyKiwi creates forms and surveys with branching, answer recall, calculated scores and conditional endings. Teams can filter responses and export selected results, with free and paid account options.
Use SurveyKiwi branching to ask for detail only when it is relevant. A dissatisfied respondent can receive a follow-up question while another route finishes the questionnaire. Variables recall earlier answers in later wording, and hidden fields carry information in the survey link. End screens can depend on answers, scores or those hidden parameters.
Results can be viewed overall, by question or by respondent. Apply date, demographic or question-based filters and save them for later analysis. When exporting a PDF report or a CSV file for a spreadsheet, select the content the recipient needs. Automated email notifications can deliver new answers without opening the dashboard each time.
