What it does
SurveyNinja creates surveys, quizzes and forms with conditional routes and response reports. Its logic map shows question paths and warnings, while quotas can limit answers from selected respondent groups. Free includes 100 monthly responses, with paid tiers expanding response, question and team capacity after the initial Premium trial.
Place a SurveyNinja quota on a question reached only by the group you want to limit. In Logic Jumps, choose Add quota disqualification, select all question answers or one option, set the answer limit and save. Once full, that rule sends everyone reaching it to the disqualification screen.
Completed answers count. Standard and higher also reserve places for incomplete attempts begun within the last 24 hours. Deleted, hidden and disqualified answers do not count toward that quota. The account's monthly response allowance counts disqualified answers separately.
Open Survey > Logic map to inspect paths and edit rules from the diagram, then try each route in Preview. Jump rules use the first matching destination. Show and Hide actions accumulate, with Hide winning when both apply. Turn off response editing before using quotas or disqualification.

Free permits 50 surveys and 30 questions each. Six-month and annual payment options are available. Registration starts a 14-day Premium trial without a card, then returns the account to Free. API access is available on every tier.
