What it does
Swingvy combines HR records, leave, expense claims and payroll options for smaller organizations. Employees request time off against their allocated entitlement, and approved dates reach the shared calendar. Singapore pricing starts with five billed users.
Set leave allocations by person or group, choose hourly or daily booking, and use accrual milestones for waiting periods or service-length changes. Employees select the leave type and dates, then submit to their assigned approver; groups can require several approval levels. Copy colleagues who need the approved dates. The shared calendar filters by department or leave type, and its generated link can connect to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple iCal.

Annual billing discounts Premium by 15%. A one-time account setup charge also applies. The Time module is listed separately but marked coming soon on the price selector, so confirm its availability when requesting a quote.
Billed seats include the administrator and invited people still onboarding, with a five-user minimum. Add employees in HR Hub > People > Directory and select their invitation date separately from their employment start. They activate the account and set a password through the invitation email.
