Managers can first route the position request for approval, then use contract templates with conditional signing. Actions guide the required employee information and steps, allowing drafts to be shared before completion. The same system handles departure checklists, equipment returns, payroll notifications and exit interviews.
Sympa quotes a per-employee monthly price. Setup, onboarding and implementation are included, along with one payroll connector per country. Complex requirements receive tailored pricing; confirm the countries and payroll connections in the proposed package.
Existing users need their organization's unique Sympa address. Company sign-on can authenticate automatically, or users enter their personal credentials. HR can provide the correct URL.
