What it does
Syncio shares inventory between Shopify and WooCommerce stores, including supplier and reseller partners. A source store owns the inventory record; destination stores sell it. Both sides install the app and use accounts, with limited free access and paid monthly tiers.
Map an existing product from the Destination Store when both shops already list it. Matching variants need identical, unique SKUs and the same variant count. Use the product's Map button, or Bulk Mapper > start for several products. Mapping connects inventory without creating another listing; Shopify's Product Settings add-on can also synchronize selected details after resyncing.
Destination plans count products rather than variants:
| Plan | Synced products |
|---|---|
| Free | Up to 25 |
| Starter | 26 to 100 |
| Traction | Up to 500 |
| Growth | Up to 1,000 |
| Pro | Up to 3,000 |
| Business | Up to 5,000 |
| Enterprise | Up to 10,000 |
Source plans depend on destination orders containing synced products:
| Plan | Qualifying monthly orders |
|---|---|
| Free | Fewer than 10 |
| Starter | 11 to 100 |
| Pro | 101 to 1,000 |
| Enterprise | 1,001 to 10,000 |
Paid tiers are monthly, and source tiers adjust automatically with volume. Shopify-only add-ons cover product details, order forwarding and payouts.
On WooCommerce, install and activate the Syncio plugin, approve its store permissions, then select Register to Syncio. Choose the store role and billing plan before opening the app. Both stores need their own installation.
