What it does

SyncSpider connects commerce and back-office systems through configurable data-transfer tasks. Merchants and agencies choose which records to transfer, their destination fields and the triggers. An account is required, and continued service after the trial requires payment.

In Tasks, choose Add new task, then select both an application and a record type on each side. Transferring orders is different from updating product records. Select the intended connected accounts, configure the input and use filters to restrict the records transferred.

The mapping view places source fields beside destination fields. Preview Values shows fetched data and its proposed target representation, while the required-field counter identifies missing inputs. If fields change during setup, refresh the relevant schema. AI Mapping matches names automatically but overwrites existing mappings, so use it before refining intentional choices.

In Task Settings, name the transfer, select Schedule or a supported On Event trigger and enable activation. Logging and outcome emails help investigate runs. Click Finish to save the task; it can then run manually or on its configured triggers.

SyncSpider uses recurring subscriptions. Its terms describe a 14-day trial and suspend operational service without payment afterward. Registration uses business contact details, email verification and a password.
