What it does

Synthflow is a platform for building and running AI voice and chat agents. It includes a visual flow designer, knowledge base, actions, a test center, phone numbers, campaigns, workflows and call analytics. Agents can be deployed on phone, chat, WhatsApp and websites, and connected to CRMs, calendars and telephony systems through integrations. Documentation and an API reference are published.

The company page states Synthflow was founded in Berlin in 2023 and that the platform supports multilingual agents. The site describes in-house telephony, sub-100 ms latency, testing tools, call logs with transcripts and recordings, and integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot and WhatsApp. A pricing page, documentation, and a demo request route are available.
