What it does
Synup combines listings, reviews, local rank grids, landing pages and other local marketing tools. Its Sydekick agent works within brand context and approval rules, with multi-client management and API options for agencies.
Synup's Sydekick agent works with a client's brand context and permissions. An approvals inbox collects work awaiting review, and an action history records what happened. The surrounding tools cover listings, reviews, social posts, local rank grids and location pages.
Subscriptions are grouped by location count.
| Plan | Locations |
|---|---|
| Solo | 1 |
| Premium | Up to 10 |
| Pro | Up to 25 |
| Scale | Up to 50 |
White labeling begins on Premium. Higher bands also allow more agent chats to run at once.
The 14-day trial covers Solo. Starting Premium charges immediately, so it is not covered by that trial. Registration uses Google or a name, work email and password.
Agent tasks consume credits. If the balance runs out, Synup pauses that work and identifies the stopped task; buying more credits resumes it. Non-metered services, such as keeping listings live and collecting reviews, continue.
Strengths
- Keeps separate client context, permissions and branded reporting workflows.
- Combines local grids and listing management with documented APIs.
Watch out for
- Agent throughput is limited by credits and concurrent-chat capacity.
Best for
- Agencies managing local presence for multiple clients
