What it does
Taggbox collects social posts and customer reviews into website galleries, with content selection and optional shopping features. Brands can also manage requests to reuse creator content. Accounts offer a lasting Free widget and paid plans for larger galleries.
Taggbox's rights feature lets a brand customize requests with its logo, message and terms, then follow approvals. The Chrome extension can request several posts together, and approved material can be downloaded for campaign preparation. Define the proposed use in the request, whether that is a website gallery, email or printed material.
Widget capacity is separate from the rights-management workflow:
| Plan | Feeds | Monthly views | Stored posts | Refresh |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | 300 | 100 | Manual, once per day |
| Starter | 2 | 10,000 | 5,000 | 2 hours |
| Growth | 4 | 50,000 | 30,000 | 30 minutes |
| Advanced | 10 | 1,000,000 | 100,000 | 15 minutes |
Starter adds moderation; Growth adds shopping features. Enterprise includes rights management and API access. Paid plans have monthly or annual billing.
All plans support multiple websites. New Free widgets show cached content and an upgrade bar after their view limit. Legacy Free accounts keep previous allowances until notified.
