What it does

Tanda manages employee onboarding, workforce schedules and pay-related records. Administrators can prepare invitation details, track each onboarding step and use reusable contract templates.

Begin in Workforce → Employee Onboarding → Onboard New Staff. Enter the employee and team details; Save and Close keeps an unfinished invitation under Pending Onboards. Resume through Continue Onboarding. After sending, the profile's HR → Hire & Onboard view shows incomplete steps. Resending invalidates earlier emails and in-progress forms, so the employee must start again. Use it only when a replacement invitation is needed.

Contract templates sit in Workforce → Contracts & Documents. Choose the built-in editor or upload a Word document; the format cannot later be switched. Word uploads have a PDF preview and can be replaced while still drafts. They are used for onboarding or changed employment conditions, rather than sent directly from the employee's Contracts tab.

Tanda sells a monthly per-user bundle combining HR, Payroll and Workforce Management. Individual modules need a quote. Confirm the currency, minimum charges and module scope before purchasing. Employees join through an employer invitation, set a password and use that email to log in; some organizations instead provide a company sign-in portal.

Strengths

  • Unfinished invitations can be saved and edited before sending
  • Contract templates support an editor or Word document upload

Watch out for

  • Resending an invitation invalidates earlier links and in-progress onboarding forms

Best for

  • Workforce administrators preparing onboarding packages and tracking missing steps
