What it does
targetjobs brings together graduate schemes, internships, placements and career advice. It also lists employer events and provides tools for career matching, CV feedback and interview practice.
A graduate scheme, a short internship and a placement year have different timing and eligibility requirements. Pick the opportunity type first, then narrow the sector and location. The site gives law applicants separate paths for training contracts, pupillages and vacation schemes rather than grouping all legal opportunities together.
The tracker can save chosen sectors, employers and locations in a live list of matching roles. Use it to maintain a focused search while working through the advice on applications, tests and assessment centres. For interview preparation, the site describes video questions tailored to the roles you are applying for. Keep the actual employer instructions alongside that practice so that preparation follows the assessment you will face.
