What it does
Teacherbot lets teachers build quizzes from a topic, lesson plan, document, or template, with AI generating the questions. Quizzes run as live classroom games using a game code, leaderboard, timer, and podium finish. Students join on a phone, tablet, or laptop with just a nickname and no app or student account. Homework mode shares a link so students answer at their own pace, with scoring and analytics returned to the teacher. A free account covers five quizzes a month, and a paid Plus plan adds more.
The free plan allows five quizzes a month and up to 30 students per game. Plus raises the student limit to 100 and costs from 4.99 GBP a month. Existing Kahoot quizzes can be imported in one click. Questions can be edited before a game starts, and ready-made quizzes are available from a template gallery and a public library. A Morning Starters board provides drag-and-drop widgets, a timer, a noisometer, and a name picker in fullscreen. Homework mode supports deadlines. Signup asks whether the user is a teacher, parent, or student, and states that no credit card is required. The site reports more than 35,000 teacher signups and activity since 2022.
