What it does
BookFlix is Scholastic’s digital reading platform pairing animated fiction storybooks with nonfiction ebooks around curriculum-related themes.
Use a fiction/nonfiction pair when a child wants to connect a story with facts about its subject. Read-aloud support and highlighted words provide another route through the nonfiction. This is a distinct reading platform rather than a general Scholastic shop; institutional access and subscription arrangements need checking.
