A suggested keyword is useful when it describes work you have done; it should prompt a clearer explanation of that experience rather than an invented qualification.
The free plan includes unlimited resume versions and job tracking. Teal+ expands features such as keyword matching, resume analysis and AI writing. Check those limits against the task you need before upgrading; keeping several resumes does not itself require the paid plan.
