What it does

Teamdash is a talent-acquisition platform for organizations hiring across locations, teams or brands. It combines applicant tracking, job and career-page creation, candidate communication, interviews and recruitment reporting, with configurable pipelines and automation.

Teamdash gives distributed recruiters a common starting point while allowing local project settings. An administrator can choose +Create on the dashboard, build a Project Template with basic details and categorized stages, then save it. Recruiters start a real project from that template; they cannot edit the template itself. Templates hold no candidates and stay out of recruitment statistics.

In a live project, use +Add Candidate and save the profile into the current project. Saving the profile alone leaves it in the talent pool, so check that it reached the intended stage. A candidate can also be copied to another project without recreating the profile. Administrators assign project permissions through Manage project access.

Quoted package scope

Plan Capacity and selected tools
Starter One job slot, up to 500 talent-pool candidates, custom pipelines and job pages
Professional Unlimited jobs and talent pool, up to ten integrations, scheduling and workflow actions
Enterprise Unlimited integrations, tailored rollout and centralized company login

All three packages use custom pricing. Users sign in with company email and password. When hiring is finished, mark the project accordingly: its records remain available, but automatic stage actions stop. That distinction matters for ongoing follow-up campaigns.

Strengths

  • Project templates carry a shared stage structure and automation into local hiring projects.
  • Candidate profiles can be reused across projects while access is controlled per project.

Watch out for

  • A finished project's automatic stage actions stop.
  • Templates cannot hold candidates or include timed actions and automated interview scheduling.

Best for

  • Organizations coordinating recruitment across multiple locations or brands
