What it does
Teamflect puts employee reviews, goals and feedback into Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Managers use company templates to review direct reports, while administrators control questions, visibility and final approval. The Starter plan stays free for up to ten users, with paid options for larger teams and additional talent tools.
In Reviews, select New Review, name it, choose an administrator-created template and select direct reports. Set the review period and separate self-review, reviewer and finalization deadlines. Preview the questions and visibility before selecting Create Review. Administrators can also require explanations for particular ratings and decide who approves adjusted scores before employees see the final results.
