What it does
Zebra Enterprise Browser supports managed web applications with site filters, certificate configuration, cookie cleanup and kiosk-related controls.
Zebra Enterprise Browser is aimed at controlled business devices. Its security guide documents allowed and blocked URLs, deleting cookies on exit, mixed-content rules and settings lockout. It also integrates with Enterprise Home Screen where device lockdown is needed. Those controls fit a shared or task-specific enterprise device rather than personal anonymous browsing. Start by defining the permitted application URLs and required device actions, then build the configuration around that list.
Choose cleanup events explicitly: DeleteCookiesOnExit clears cookies when the browser exits, while ClearWebData concerns stored WebView data when the app returns to the foreground after HOME. SettingsPageProtectionEnabled controls access to device settings. The guide limits its kiosk key-disabling tags to Android Lollipop or later and documents separate version requirements for storage behavior.
