What it does
てがきっず is a free hand-drawn illustration library for classroom materials, notices and supporting artwork. Its categories include animals, seasons, weather, speech bubbles, headings, frames and ruled lines.
Build a notice around the information
Use a subject picture to explain the notice and a frame or heading to organise it. The library has related animal variations, including several animals receiving medals, which can suit a coordinated set of classroom awards.
The FAQ permits resizing, cropping, flipping and limited colour changes that retain the original impression. Larger images can be requested using the illustration filename or page URL and the required size; AI-format vector data is not sold.
Leave room for credit when publishing
Schools and educational institutions have a credit exemption. Commercial designs, print publications, web media, videos and social posts have stated attribution requirements. Print credit can go in a footnote or at the end, while video credit normally belongs in the description.
The standard terms prohibit merchandise sales, logos, mascots and redistribution of the artwork itself.
Strengths
- Frames, headings and ruled lines sit alongside subject illustrations.
- The FAQ explains modest editing and requests for larger images.
Watch out for
- Many public and commercial uses require attribution.
- The standard licence excludes merchandise sales, logo use and stock redistribution.
Best for
- Classroom handouts and notices
- Illustrated educational announcements
