What it does

TestGorilla combines candidate sourcing with skills assessments, qualifying questions and interview tools. Recruiters can find prospects or evaluate an existing applicant pool, with sourcing seats and assessment accounts sold separately.

Start in Jobs → Create job and enter the role, description and assessment language. Choose evaluation tools, then select their tests or questions in Configuration. The details view previews sample questions. In Finalize, reorder items, set team access and review candidate accommodations before completing the assessment. Check the package before sending invitations: the first candidate invitation locks content editing, though you can clone it to prepare a revised version.
