What it does

TestInvite is an assessment platform for recruitment, training and certification. It combines a reusable question bank with test design, candidate delivery and result reports, so HR teams can control both the exercise and how it is administered.

Create a test from Tests, add questions to its pages and preview the candidate experience. Previewing does not spend credits or produce a real result. Use Publish to create a Task around the test; the Task controls delivery and access. An open task provides a public assessment link, while pre-registration supports named invitations.

After candidates finish, open the Task's Sessions tab and select a result to see the score, question breakdown and any configured pass threshold or competency dimensions. This makes it possible to investigate a weak section before deciding on interview follow-up.

Standard plan capacity

Plan Stored questions Created tests Additional teammates
Starter 250 5 1
Essential 1,000 25 3
Advanced 2,500 100 10
Pro 5,000 250 25
Premium 10,000 500 50

Annual Starter through Pro plans include 500 testing credits. The billing guide also permits monthly payment, which carries no included credits. Unused credits roll forward when the subscription renews. Trial access supplies 100 credits and limited content capacity without asking for a card.

A test start costs one credit before extra monitoring controls. For example, webcam photographs add three and a lockdown browser adds two, making six credits for that configuration. Price the intended delivery settings as well as candidate volume. Employer users have individual credentials and assigned roles.

Strengths

  • Tests can reuse questions and be previewed without spending delivery credits.
  • Result reports expose question and competency breakdowns for follow-up review.

Watch out for

  • Monthly subscriptions do not include testing credits.
  • Monitoring options add to each started test's credit cost.

Best for

  • HR and assessment administrators designing structured hiring or employee-competency tests
