What it does
Testlify combines skills assessments, practical job simulations and AI-supported interviews. Hiring teams can build from a job description or test library, invite candidates by link or through an applicant tracking system, and review scores alongside responses.
Testlify lets recruiters combine generated questions with their own material. In Assessments, choose Create Test using AI, enter a name, description and duration, then generate questions. Review the suggestions or add questions through Custom and Library. Set scoring, question time limits and monitoring options before saving. Once generation finishes, send invitations and review the resulting responses.
Practical simulations can include document or spreadsheet work, file uploads and AI-chat scenarios. For a support role, choose tasks that reflect the work, then use the applicant's answers to prepare the next conversation.
Started assessments determine usage
The displayed annual Starter plan includes 100 credits and three users for USD 1,668 per year, equivalent to USD 139 per month. Additional seats and usage cost extra; high-volume organizations can request a custom arrangement. A credit is consumed when assessment work starts, and unused credits expire at the billing-cycle end. Phone interviews have separate usage charges.
Register with business contact details or Google or Microsoft login. The setup guide provides a seven-day trial with 50 candidate credits and no card requirement. Administrators manage billing and users; members can manage assessments and candidates.
